Ritual provides us with beautiful ways to embrace our inspirited bodies, to commune and communicate with our greater Self: the Earth. Let’s come & explore together our own embodiment as part of Creation, using ritual, council, & expression to explore our courage, playfulness, & cosmic hearts.

Daylong Workshop: Sat. March 30

Willingness to Witness

For this outdoor workshop, we will gather on the land and work with our own ability to be with ourselves, each other, and the Earth that surrounds and is us. Our presence to our own aliveness is the greatest gift. Anticipate opportunity to be playful, deep, & spacious. Workshop includes guided body & ritual practices; opportunities to  s l o w time, group & personal reflection & sharing, and a personal wander on the land.

Creating a Personal Ritual

We will identify a personal longing you can support through ritual. Using ritual to distill your ask of Mystery, we will create a ritual object and container & opportunity for your ritual process.       Series meets inside and outside • $150-$325 sliding scale

Evening Workshop: Thurs. May 16

Expressive Drawing: Play & Ritual

Engage in practices of drawing & moving together, supported by unusual drawing instruments, sensory exploration, sound, music, & movement. Inner kiddos will be excited about this one. We will work with their uncomfortable parent too ;)

Rituals provide us with a beautiful container for encountering and working with change. They provide us structure for moving through discord, structure for our own evolution, structure for re-membering and re-imagining. They help us integrate our internal and external realities and communicate as part of the Living Universe. Creating rituals is one of our gifts as a member of the community of creatures on Earth, and one we have unique, life-giving skills for as humans if we choose to use them that way.

All are welcome, and your personal truth is welcome. Workshops can be taken individually, and could certainly be potent containers taken together. Please reach out with any questions.
